Food is not just eating energy. It’s an experience. It should be celebrated by both the artist and admirer.

Food is a big part of our business concepts, as well as in our personal lives.

We are both passionate about good hosting. We adore the way of life at sea and believe that the culinary lifestyle doesn’t have to suffer – far from it!

In places like Grenada, one has the great opportunity to cook with some of the freshest ingredients like fish, produce and fruits to name a few. I am therefore trying my best to primarily serve you these locally sourced ingredients and avoid the imported ones. 

As a small child I enjoyed quality time with my mother and grandmother in the kitchen. Those where the days which had the biggest impact on me. The biggest lesson I have learned is that you don’t need a silver fork to eat good food.

 Over the years, I refined my skills, developed more passion and today I am proudly holding a degree in culinary arts and enjoy more than ever to serve elegant culinary pleasures.
