In places like Grenada, one has the great opportunity to cook with some of the freshest ingredients like fish, produce and fruits to name a few. I am therefore trying my best to primarily serve you these locally sourced ingredients and avoid the imported ones.
As a small child I enjoyed quality time with my mother and grandmother in the kitchen. Those where the days which had the biggest impact on me. The biggest lesson I have learned is that you don’t need a silver fork to eat good food.
Over the years, I refined my skills, developed more passion and today I am proudly holding a degree in culinary arts and enjoy more than ever to serve elegant culinary pleasures.
